Grass Rush Adventure companion

Get back to the game

Start with the symptom you can see. Most controls need the game frame focused; selling needs Backpack open. A frame-load message is only one step in the third-party startup.

Arrow keys scroll the page or movement stops

  1. Click inside the visible game, away from its menu buttons. Our companion's Return to game button also returns focus to the game frame after using nearby help.
  2. Try WASD or the arrow keys again. When the webpage has focus, arrow keys can scroll it instead of moving the character; we reproduced that distinction in Chrome.
  3. Close an open game menu before testing movement. Use the game's close button rather than repeatedly pressing different shortcuts.

See all documented controls. The distributor marks the game as not mobile-ready, so touch movement is not established. The guides and local checklist remain usable on phones.

S does not sell my items

  1. Check that Backpack contains an item. An empty backpack has nothing to sell.
  2. Click inside the game and press B, or click the visible Bag button, to open Backpack.
  3. Read the Sell All total, then press S with Backpack open or click Sell All.
  4. Check the coin balance and item counter. In our fresh test, a Copper Coin changed $0 → $300 and 1 / 3 → 0 / 3. A later Chrome test sold three items together for the displayed $6.6K and changed 3 / 3 → 0 / 3.

With Backpack closed, S belongs to movement controls. This is a context distinction, not evidence of a broken sell function. Follow the selling screenshots.

The frame loaded, but I cannot play yet

Game frame loaded reports that the embedded page's load event fired. It does not confirm that the game's own assets, advertisement sequence or input system finished loading. This companion cannot inspect readiness inside the third-party frame.

  1. Click Play once and allow the game to finish its visible startup. The companion does not run an automatic reload loop.
  2. Open Help below the player, then choose Open the original game in a new tab to compare the distributor's direct version.
  3. If the original game also fails, checking your connection and using a current desktop browser are general troubleshooting suggestions, not a verified diagnosis of that failure.
  4. Use Reload game only when you choose to refresh. The confirmation lets you keep playing instead.

If the browser declines fullscreen, Help offers the original game. A declined request may depend on browser permissions, focus or automation; it is not proof that all visitors have the same problem.

What the reload test tells us

In one recorded browser context, a full companion-page reload after the first rebirth kept $130, one rebirth, four backpack slots, one Pocket Watch and three Index discoveries. Level continued increasing with automatic cutting. That test does not establish recovery after clearing browser data, changing browsers or devices, or every future reset.

We have not verified a universal cloud save or a cross-device restore method. Do not start by clearing game storage: it can remove local progress. The companion cannot back up or edit the cross-origin game save.

Your treasure checklist is a separate record

Marks in the companion checklist are manual and local. Export the checklist JSON before changing devices; import it on the destination. This moves only your marked item IDs, not game coins, upgrades, inventory or discoveries. If storage is blocked, marks last only in the open tab.

Source and limits

Input labels come from the GameMonetize listing; selling and the scoped reload record have first-hand captures in the guides. We have not reproduced every possible load failure or diagnosed a game-wide save bug. Read the first reset record for the separate effects of rebirth.
